Features
Route, Stop & Schedule Management
Operations teams configure the service once and Shuttle Platform generates dated departures from it. Exceptions are handled on the calendar instead of by rebuilding the timetable.
Multi-Stop Routes
Fixed or semi-fixed routes with route codes, ordered stops, activation, return routes and readiness checks. Public, airport, corporate, hotel, event and campus route types are supported.
Stop Rules
Per-stop coordinates, pickup and drop-off eligibility, arrival offsets, boarding buffers, dwell time, geofencing, accessibility flags and pickup instructions.
Stop-to-Stop Fare Matrix
Price each boarding and drop-off pair separately and edit the fare grid directly, with corporate rate adjustments and Shuttle pass coverage.
Recurring Schedules
Service days, effective date ranges, departure times, capacity, service classes and reusable seat layouts, with conflict checks and an upcoming-occurrence preview.
Service Calendar Exceptions
Add extra dates or skip specific dates without editing the recurring schedule.
Driver & Vehicle Assignment
Assign a driver and vehicle to each schedule, and record replacement driver or vehicle events when plans change on the day.

Real Seat Inventory — Not Just a Passenger-Count Field
A counter that says "12 of 20 booked" cannot tell two travellers which seat is theirs, keep a wheelchair seat free or hand a cancelled seat to the next person in line.

Every booking claims a specific seat
Each departure carries a real seat layout. Seats are allocated to bookings one-to-one, either assigned automatically or chosen by the passenger on a visual seat map, and the platform is designed to prevent the same seat from being sold twice. Cancelled seats return to inventory immediately.

Departures show when seats are running low or sold out, based on live inventory.
Waitlist
Passengers join a first-in, first-out queue for sold-out departures. When a seat is released, the next in line receives a time-limited offer, with duplicate protection.
Traveller Details & Confirmation
Capture traveller information per seat and confirm the booking with a booking history for the passenger.
Change Departure, Stops or Seats
Passengers can move to another departure, change stops or change seats. The fare is recalculated and the difference is quoted before anything is confirmed.
Fare Differences
A higher fare triggers an additional payment and a lower fare triggers a refund of the difference, with change history kept on the booking.
Cancellation Rules
Configurable cancellation windows drive full, partial or no refunds. The seat is released and the waitlist is promoted automatically.
