These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the RuteAppz website. In these Terms, “RuteAppz”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the RuteAppz business operating this website. By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Customer engagements are governed separately

These Terms do not replace project-specific agreements. An actual customer engagement may be governed by a separate document, such as a software development agreement, SaaS agreement, software licence, proposal, statement of work, order form, support agreement, non-disclosure agreement, data processing agreement or other signed contract. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding a customer engagement, the signed agreement governs that engagement to the extent it says so.

3. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes, such as learning about RuteAppz, evaluating our products and services, contacting us, requesting demos, pricing or project discussions, and accessing public resources.

You must not use the website to:

• carry out unlawful activity or infringe the rights of others;
• introduce malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or our systems;
• launch security attacks, denial-of-service activity or exploit vulnerabilities without our authorization;

5. Enquiries do not create a contract

Submitting a contact form, demo request, pricing request, requirements request, migration enquiry, email enquiry or scheduling request does not create a contract between you and RuteAppz. An enquiry does not:

• oblige RuteAppz to accept your project;
• create exclusivity or reserve development capacity;
• establish final pricing or a fixed timeline; or
• guarantee delivery of any product or service.

A binding project scope exists only through an accepted or signed agreement or another formally accepted commercial document.

6. Pricing, estimates and proposals

Any estimate, quotation or proposal supplied in response to an enquiry is subject to its stated scope, assumptions, validity period and the terms of the applicable agreement.

7. Intellectual property

The website and its public materials, including text, graphics, branding, logos, interface imagery, product screenshots, videos, diagrams, downloadable resources, documentation and website design, are owned by RuteAppz or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view and download them for your personal use or your organization's internal evaluation of RuteAppz. Other use, such as copying, republishing or commercial reuse, requires our written permission.

These Terms do not give us ownership of client-owned intellectual property, third-party trademarks, open-source components or third-party media.

8. Customer intellectual property and data

These Terms do not determine who owns source code, custom deliverables, customer data, designs or other project-specific intellectual property. Those matters are governed by the applicable signed customer agreement.

9. Third-party names and trademarks

The website may refer to technology providers, payment providers, map providers, mobility brands, platforms and other third parties. Their names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them does not imply endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship or partnership unless we explicitly say so.

10. Third-party services and links

Some features, integrations or content on the website or in our products may depend on third-party providers. Those providers have their own terms and policies, we do not control them, and we do not guarantee their availability, performance or pricing.

We may link to external websites for convenience. We do not control those websites, they have their own terms and privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse the site or its content.
